Nyan Import Studio help
- Upload a CSV or XLSX supplier file with headers in its first row.
- Map SKU or barcode and wholesale cost. Choose the supplier currency and decimal format, then confirm the cost column.
- Enter store-currency units per one supplier-currency unit and choose markup. Same-currency imports use rate 1. For example, 50% adds half the converted cost.
- Review the matches. Duplicates, disagreements, invalid costs and missing products are held.
- Select at most 100 prices and confirm the update. Changes are processed in groups of 10. Continue each group from Change history, or stop the remaining rows.
- Open Change history to inspect the result, download a CSV report or restore original prices in groups of 10. Apply approvals expire after 24 hours; each group checks for later edits.
Choose decimal-point or decimal-comma costs. CSV files use comma separators (quote decimal-comma values); Excel files are also supported. One supplier currency per file. Supported ISO currencies use their minor-unit precision. Currency symbols and conflicting ISO prefixes are held. Shipping, tax, profit margin and market-specific fixed prices are not calculated. Exchange rates are manual and saved with each preview. New products and inventory are not updated.
A store can keep 20 unsubmitted previews open. Previews expire after 30 minutes and expired unsubmitted previews are removed when you next request a review. Submitted import history is retained.
If a write is interrupted, use Recheck Shopify prices. This only reads current values. An uncertain variant stays blocked from new writes. Other variants can still be imported. Do not manually resend an uncertain write. Contact nyanproducts@gmail.com if it cannot be resolved.
